Healthy snack for on the go - Histamine -low muesli bars with blueberries
Whether as a quick energy dispenser for in between, companions on hikes or small snacks for coffee - these homemade cereal bars are not only practical, but also particularly compatible. With the Histaminikus Früchtemüsli organic, fruity apple mark and nutrient -rich ingredients such as paranese nuts and dates, you provide valuable energy - without any added sugar. Tiefgekühlte Heidelbeeren sorgen für eine fruchtige Frische und machen die Riegel saftig und aromatisch. Ideal for everyone who wants to eat low in histamine and balanced.
Ingredients (for about 10 pieces):
- 140 g Histaminikus Früchtemüsli Bio
- 140 g applemark
- 100 g paranese
- 3 dates
- 40 g of coconut flashing
- some salt
- Cinnamon
- 100 g TK blueberries
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender except for the blueberries and chop them carefully. There can still be rough pieces, so it is better to carefully approach the right consistency.
- Now mix in the blueberries by hand.
- Prepare a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the mass evenly on top. It is best to form directly into a rectangle, then there is less blend later when cutting. Alternatively, you can put the mass in a silicone shape for bars and bake in it.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until the bars are slightly brown.
- Then let it cool completely and cut the bar with a sharp knife to the desired size. The bars stay in the fridge for about a week.
