

Our story
How it all started ...
And once again I spent felt hours with my weekly shopping. Since the diagnosis of histamine intolerance and gluten sensitivity at the age of 35, the meticulous study of ingredient lists when shopping has simply been part of it. And that took time. I put the baking mix on the shelf frustrated. Unfortunately there was something incompatible here again and I went away empty again. Shopping was becoming increasingly difficult because my digestion somehow had with everything I ate. Another hurdle was that all food had to be low in histamine and gluten -free. At that time an almost insoluble task. And so I stayed with only a few foods for a long time and lost kilos by kilos.
When I talked to my husband Thomas about my frustrating shopping experience, we suddenly came up with the idea: we develop low -histamine and gluten -free food to finally put an end to this condition. That was the birth of Histaminikus.
The first products were developed ...
Funnily enough, it actually took about 9 months to finally give birth to the “child”. As long as we worked on our first products. We had to overcome some hurdles and find that the development of food was not that easy.
But we were all the happier when we could bring the first baking mixes and spice mixtures onto the market. Since then we have been working continuously on further product developments.
With everything we do, it is important to us to stand in close contact with those affected, our customers as well as doctors and therapists. This is the only way we can offer a holistic solution for people with histamine intolerance, be it with low -histamine products, information, help and a lot of encouragement.
We know that the diagnosis of histamine intolerance is very overwhelming at the beginning. But we want to encourage you, stay it and not to be stopped by setbacks. We would be happy to support you.

A unique and varied taste is extremely important to us because we are small gourmets ourselves. We want to constantly develop our product range and keep surprising our customers with great innovations. Our values
Quality is not a coincidence, it is always the result of exhausted thinking. Our philosophy is to offer only absolute quality products that are purely natural, organic quality and without chemical additives. We only work with selected suppliers. All products are tested in the laboratory for their histamine content in order to give those affected an extra security of high tolerance. Many of our products are even fodmap arm and vegan. So there is something for everyone.
