Histaminikus GmbH, in which Bruchwies 1a, 66363 Merzig, hereinafter referred to as Histaminikus, is raffling off the objects mentioned on the Instagram page (instagram.com/histaminikus, facebook.com/histaminikus)/in the newsletter. By participating in the competition, the user agrees with the following conditions of participation and the responsibility of the content.

Participation in the competition takes place at the URL: https://www.instagram.com/histaminikus or via the sended newsletter. The price is raffled off among all participants. The participation is carried out by fulfilling the conditions mentioned in the article/newsletter. Postal submissions are not taken into account in the draw.

3. What period does the action take place?

The campaign starts after the contribution/newsletter is published and ends with the date mentioned on the Instagram page/in the newsletter (instagram.com/histaminikus).

4. Who can participate?

Participation is free and every natural person with residence in Germany/Austria/Switzerland can participate. For minor participants, Histaminikus requires the consent of the legal guardians. Participation requires the truthful specification of the participant -relevant data. Competition associations and automated competition services are not eligible to participate.

5. Who is excluded from participation?

8. How do I get my win?

With the winning notification, the winner is asked to inform Histaminikus the contact details mentioned to send or hand over the profit. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the specified contact details.

9. What happens if I don't get in touch after profit notification?

If a winner does not report within 4 days of winning the winnings within 4 days, the profit will expire. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from the circle of profit participants. The same applies in the event that a winner Histaminikus reports false contact details and therefore not possible to send or hand over the profit.

10. Reserved clause

Histaminikus reserves the right to modify, interrupt or end the competition at any time without notice and without giving reasons. 12. Other

The cash payment of the profits is not possible. Profit claims cannot be transferred to other people or ceded. The legal process is excluded. If individual provisions of the conditions of participation are invalid or invalid, the validity of the other conditions of participation remains unaffected. There is an appropriate regulation that is most likely to correspond to the purpose of the ineffective determination. Histaminikus reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
