Complaints

Of course, when shipping, we pay attention to packing your orders as conscientiously and safely as possible. But unfortunately it can always happen that an article is damaged during transport or there are other reasons for complaints. We have put together everything that there is to consider in the event of a complaint.

Step 1:

Send us one Email With the following information (if available): 

  • Name of the customer
  • Invoice number and purchase date
  • A brief description of the error
  • One or two pictures from which the defect emerges

Step 2:

We'll take a look at your email with the pictures as soon as possible and contact you how to proceed. Please give us time for 2-3 working days. 

Step 3:

We strive to work on your complaint to your full satisfaction. Usually there are the following three options:

  1. You will receive a replacement.
  2. We issue a voucher for your next order.
  3. We will refund the purchase price for the product.

Step 4:

When your complaint is complete, we are always happy to receive feedback from you. Here you can tell us if something went well, but of course also if you have a suggestion for improvement. Just send us one Email.
