Shipping rules 

Here you get an overview of our shipping rules:

Did you give up an order? We edit orders around 7:00 a.m. in the morning and again in the afternoon around 3:30 p.m. Before you from us Email with the electronic announcement Get your shipment (not order confirmation!), You can change the following:

  • Cancellation of the order
  • Forgot product
  • Address changes
  • Address error (house number, post number forgot; wrong postcode or street)

DANGER: Messages that are received according to this electronic announcement email can unfortunately not more to be observed.

cancellation The order is canceled and the amount is fully refunded. There is no shipping.

The order will be sent. It is possible to revoke and to return the package or to refuse to accept it. The amount is refunded minus the return costs.
Forgot product

The product is added to the order and you automatically receive an invoice via the specially ordered products. The order will be sent after receipt of payment.

Delivery delay: 1-2 working days (depending on the receipt of payment)

The order can no longer be changed because it has already been completely processed in shipping
Change in address

The Delivery address is changed accordingly. The order goes out on the same or the next day.

A notice: Billing addresses can subsequently not more to be changed by us.

Address error

Incomplete addresses are mostly recognized by our system itself. We will then write to you and ask. Unfortunately, the package goes out of address errors.

Forgot voucher code

Voucher codes cannot generally be added to an order afterwards. Please use the voucher for your next order.
