Waffle

A sweet seduction and that in the early morning. The day can't be better. Try the low -histamine waffles right away. They can also be prepared gluten -free.

Ingredients: 4 portions

  • 250 spelled flour, (gluten -free variant: 250 g Teffmehl or Corn flour)
  • 3-4 quail eggs or 3 egg yolks
  • 125 g of Rohroh sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml milk / coconut milk
  • 125 margarine (without additives) or butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon wine stone baking powder


Preparation:

Mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer at the highest level. Then add the margarine and stir. Add baking powder, flour, milk and salt together, mix and bake golden yellow in the greased waffle iron.

Serve the waffles with powdered sugar, jams, or cinnamon sugar. A sweet start to the day.
