Many of you have asked us about our product testers recently. You would like to learn more about these people.
That's why we start today and show you the faces behind the scenes. A few of our loyal testers have agreed to share their very personal history with you.
They tell how they deal with histamine intolerance and why they have made histamine products into important must haves in their everyday life.
In our second part, everything revolves around the story of Sara. It is also one of our product testers and thus actively helps to develop our delicious products.

"I was fed with various examinations and medication."
Sara reports in our second part of her suffering, who has sailed over for years. The mother of two today tells of countless attempts to find out, causing her massive problems.
After she moves with her husband and has to look for a new family doctor, she meets a doctor for the first time who really takes her seriously and so her way starts with the diagnosis HIT ...
The story of Sara:
"I am Sara, 33 years old and mom of two children. I have been suffering from massive problems since I've been a teenager. Unfortunately, no doctor could help me and I only got the diagnosis of irritable bowel. I was fed with various examinations, medication and behaviors ... of course not brought the desired success.
After getting to know my husband and we moved to another region, of course I also had to look for a new family doctor. In 2016 I took all my courage together and told my new family doctor about my problem. He was The first to listen to me correctly and took me seriously. Together we thought about how we proceed to rule out diagnoses and to get a proper diagnosis in order to make my life worth living again. A large blood count was created, stool samples and I should have a nutritional protocol over two weeks. The results were then discussed at the meeting. The doctor had already given the suspicion of HIT. Here were again Promoted values that then confirmed them!"
When I got the diagnosis, my life broke together
I became a Prescribed anti -attack minik and contact points for nutritional advice. But for me it was certain for me after the 1st shock phase, I don't want to strain my body with tablets, but rather I want to do it through nutrition. I love to cook and we enjoy our kitchen, which is of course difficult because you have to be completely reoriented and this is a process that you grow into! It was also difficult for us to rethink. It felt like three times the time to go shopping, because you first have to look at all the additives in food to find a suitable food. Again and again there were deep strokes or setbacks, but from today's perspective I can say that a lot of head cinema has taken place, which often prevented you or left it down.
It was very easy for me to see that I was not alone
It was very good to see that I am absolutely not alone with it, but, but, That there are not so few people who suffer. I I joined Facebook groups And there too Find out great tips. This gave me other perspectives and From week to week it was always a bit easier And you understood the whole thing better. Until I have accepted it all and was able to rethink, 5 months passed, but It was really worth it! Now that I have found food that I tolerate, I can concentrate much better on other things again and the desperate search for food is slowly coming to an end. Even if it was or is a long way, I simply accepted with many things that I cannot tolerate them and I am fine with it, there I know that I feel better without many things.
I can look forward to cooking and enjoying again
My family is also fully behind me and has been supporting me since day one. Of course, even after years, it is still still silent whether I can eat certain things that are not commonplace, but there is Helpful appsthat simplify life. I can still remember that I thought I couldn't eat anything anymore or can't eat anything. What should I cook? We have over time developed a meal plan, so that you no longer have to worry about what you can cook every day - these are dishes that I simply tolerate, whether modified or directly histamine -free. It helps me to get through everyday life well and I can look forward to cooking and enjoying again. My absolute Favorite dishes are: Histamine -poor chili con carne, as well as jacket potatoes with sour cream dip and cucumber salad.
