
There are a number of foods that can be responsible for allergies and intolerance reactions as with histamine intolerance.
These are not only ingredients, but also so -called traces that cannot be excluded for a wide variety of production reasons. For example, when other foods are stored in the same rooms or produced on the same systems. There are only a few manufacturers who meet the strict hygiene and warehouse regulations in order to actually exclude traces. However, these procedures are often very complex and expensive.

To identify allergens that may have reached the product, the nutrition industry therefore provides its goods with the note: "Can contain traces of ...". However, it cannot be understood how high the proportion of the contained traces is actually, since this information does not have to be specified.
If those affected do not know how high the proportion of traces in a product, the food can trigger corresponding symptoms and cause allergic reactions. Furthermore, traces can increase the histamine level so that the histamine barrel overflows at some point. This means that too much histamine is enriched in the body because it cannot be sufficiently broken down.
Allergy sufferers and sensitive people react to histamine should therefore also make sure that the product is free of traces.
All own-produced foods and the nutritional supplements are made without traces. Due to the strict hygiene standards, which we always keep high thanks to our own manufacture, you can be sure that our products will safely leave production.
