Hack meat pide

Our juicy minced meat PIDE offer you the perfect replacement for conventional variants and are in no way inferior.

 

Ingredients (for 2 people):

  • Histaminikus Pizzaminicus Bio-Pizza dough mixture
  • 200g of beef meat meat
  • 1 (pointed) paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of paprikamark
  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • Parsley and basil (fresh or dried)
  • Vegetable broth (without flavors and additives)
  • Salt
  • olive oil
  • Optional: 80g feta (Test tolerance)

 

To spread:

  • some egg or quail
  • coarse salt

 

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the pizza or pide dough according to the package instructions.
  2. Prepare the filling for the pide during the rest period of the dough. To do this, fry the beef wood meat with a little olive oil.
  3. Wash the peppers and cut into fine cubes. Optionally, some paprika can be put to the side to decorate the pides. As soon as the minced meat is fried, the peppers are now also added.
  4. Season with paprikamark, cream cheese, the herbs, salt and vegetable broth.
  5. Simmer the mass briefly and then remove from the stove.
  6. After the rest period of the dough, divide it into two parts. Both dough pieces are now rolled out with a rolling pin oval and placed on a baking sheet with baking paper.
  7. The prepared mass is now placed on the pieces of dough and distributed on it. The edge is left out. 
  8. Optionally, the feta can now be distributed on the minced meat mass and, if necessary, decorated with the paprika set aside.
  9. Finally, the edges are folded in so that the typical pide shape is created. The edge of the dough can now be covered with a whisked egg (or quail eggs) and sprinkled with coarse salt.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees upper/bottom heat for 25-30 minutes.
