Superburger

With these delicious burgers, the water in our mouth runs together. They are juicy, delicious, homemade and histamine. That tastes good for the whole family

Ingredients: 

Bürgerbrötchen

  • 100 ml of lukewarm water
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1/2 cubes yeast
  • 17 g of sugar
  • 5 g salt
  • Melted 40 g butter
  • 250g spelled flour
  • 1 egg or 3 quail eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of water

Citizens' patties and topping:

  • Hack meat fresh from beef
  • Lettuce
  • Cuckers cut thinly
  • White onion cut into rings
  • young gouda in slices

Preparation:

  1. Mix the lukewarm water with the milk and sugar and yeast. 
  2. Add flour, salt, egg and the melted butter and knead vigorously.
  3. Let the dough go for about 1 hour.
  4. Then shape 5 burger rolls of 90 g each and place on a baking sheet. 
  5. Let the rolls go for another hour. 
  6. Mix the milk with water and carefully brush the rolls. 
  7. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C (top and bottom heat) for 20 minutes. 
  8. Form patties from the minced meat and salt from both sides (approx. 100 g).
  9. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the patties vigorously and let it fry over medium heat. 
  10. Take the burger rolls with lettuce, minced meat patty, cucumber, peppers and cheese. 

I often make a sauce mixed out of cream cheese and cream. With this you can lubricate the rolls. Or you put some beetroot ketchup on top. It also tastes very tasty.
