Zucchini salmon with millet

Hmmm. Fresh salmon meets zucchini and millet. This interaction allows you to collect the water in your mouth. 

Ingredients: 4 portions

Preparation:

  1. Finely dice 200 g of zucchini.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (top and bottom heat). Line a baking dish with baking paper. 
  3. Cut the remaining zucchini into thin slices and season with herbal salt. Zucchini now layer on the baking paper like a roof tile.
  4. Season the salmon and place on the zucchini slices. Drizzle with olive oil and spread the remaining zucchini slices on the salmon.
  5. Now close the baking paper well above the salmon and cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, cook millet according to the package instructions in vegetable broth. Fry the onion in oil. Add the zucchini cubes and fry until they are bite -proof. Add the finished millet into the pan and fry briefly. Season with the universal wort and sprinkle with parsley. 
  7. Serve the millet with the salmon.

A herb curd goes well with this: Season the curd with the desired herbs and salt.
