This salad is turned on very quickly and serves as a small, low -histamine meal for in between. Chicorée is a real anti-aging vegetable and helps digestion and fat burning.
Ingredients: 2 portions
- 300 g chicorée
- 1 apple
- 1-2 carrots
- 1 TL pumpkin seeds
For the dressing:
- 1/2 cup of sour cream (weakly histamine -containing)
- 1 shot cream
- 1 TL agave juice
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 1 shot olive oil
- 1 TL parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon grass (has nothing to do with lemons)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Universal spice
Preparation:
- First mix all the ingredients for the dressing and season to taste
- Cut the chicory into strips. Wash the apple and cut into small pieces.
- Slock the carrot or cut into thin slices.
- Put everyone in the dressing and mix well.
- Finally, sprinkle the pumpkin seeds over the salad.
