Chicoree Salat

Chicoree salad

This salad is turned on very quickly and serves as a small, low -histamine meal for in between. Chicorée is a real anti-aging vegetable and helps digestion and fat burning.

Ingredients: 2 portions

  • 300 g chicorée
  • 1 apple
  • 1-2 carrots
  • 1 TL pumpkin seeds

For the dressing:

  • 1/2 cup of sour cream (weakly histamine -containing)
  • 1 shot cream
  • 1 TL agave juice
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1 shot olive oil
  • 1 TL parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon grass (has nothing to do with lemons)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Universal spice

Preparation:

  1. First mix all the ingredients for the dressing and season to taste
  2. Cut the chicory into strips. Wash the apple and cut into small pieces. 
  3. Slock the carrot or cut into thin slices. 
  4. Put everyone in the dressing and mix well. 
  5. Finally, sprinkle the pumpkin seeds over the salad.
