Potato salad Saxon species

A potato salad belongs to every garden party. Here we introduce you to Michaela's compatriot. The Saxon potato salad, of course a bit modified so that it is also low in histamine. 

Ingredients: 6-8 portions

  • 500 g solid potatoes
  • 1 cup of sour cream (weakly histamine -containing)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 white onion (with compatibility)
  • Universal spice
  • Lettuce

Preparation:

Cook the potatoes in salt water and let it cool down. Slice. Finely dice the onion. Put everything in a large bowl. Now mix the sour cream with the cream in a small bowl so that a liquid cream is created. Season well with scattered wort and lettuce herbs. It can taste something. Possibly add a covenant chopped parsley. Now spread the sauce over the potatoes and mix carefully. Let it steep in the refrigerator and season again shortly before serving and liquefy with cream.
