Ingredients: 6 portions
800 - 1000 g of tight potatoes
1/2 lettuce cucumber
200 ml Histaminikus vegetable broth
1 teaspoon vinegar essence
5 tablespoons of thistle oil
1 teaspoon of sugar
Preparation:
Cook the potatoes in salt water and let it cool completely. Slice. Peel the cucumber and halve lengthways. Remove the seeds with a spoon and cut into thin slices. Put the potatoes and cucumbers in a large bowl.
Now put the hot vegetable broth in a small bowl and season with vinegar and sugar. The vegetable broth should have a strong taste. Put the hot marinade over the potatoes with the cucumber and let it steep for an hour. Then carefully fold in the oil and season again with salt.
