A delicious histamine -poor salad that fills you up and brings you energy.
Ingredients: 1 portion
- A handful of lamb's lettuce
- ½ beetroot (raw)
- A small chicory
- A handful of fresh mushrooms (small quantities are compatible, omit in case of doubt)
- 2 slices of pure Dinkeltoast
- 3 stems parsley
- 2 TL Histaminicus lettuce herbs
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream or cream cheese
- Some cream
- olive oil
- Salt
Preparation:

Wash the lamb's lettuce. Wash the chicorée and cut them into rings. Arrange both in a salad bowl.

Fry the mushrooms in a little oil and let it cool down. Cut the toasted bread into small cubes and fry into oil until it has become nice and crispy. Turn the toast bread cubes more often.

Halve the beetroot, peel and grate in small pens. Arrange on the salad.

Dressing: For the dressing 2 tl Histaminicus lettuce herbs Mix with 2 tablespoons of sour cream or cream cheese. Add a small TL oil and some cream until a nice consistency is created. If necessary, add some water. Season with salt.

Arrange the salad with the dressing and spread the mushrooms and the croutons on the salad. Garnish with parsley. Bon appetit.
