The chicken soup is considered the ultimate insider tip in a cold. But we think that it also tastes delicious when you are completely healthy and leaves a comfortably warming feeling.
Ingredients: 6 portions
- 4 chicken legs or a whole chicken
- 2 laurel leaves
- 1/2 white sweet onion (with the white shell, if tolerated)
- 3 carrots
- 1/2 celery
- 4 potatoes
- 1 BUND PEATERILIE
- grained chicken broth or Histaminikus vegetable broth
- Water
- Soup noodles (spelled or corn) as required
Preparation:
Wash the chicken legs or chicken thoroughly with cold water. Place in a large saucepan and fill up with so much water that the chicken or the chicken legs are covered. Bring the water to a boil and simmer for about 1 hour. Add the laurel leaf and the peeled onion and let it boil.
Meanwhile, peel the carrots, celery and potatoes and cut them into cubes. After an hour, take the chicken out of the pot and collect the water. Remove the onion and the bay leaf.
Loosen the meat from the bones and cut them into small pieces. Set aside. Now put the vegetables into the pot with the water captured and simmer until it is. Add the meat and let it simmer again. Hack the parsley and add. Season with the grained chicken broth or vegetable broth. If necessary, stir in the soup noodles and even simmer.
