Zucchini soup

Did you know that the zucchini is actually a pumpkin? In addition to other vitamins and minerals, the "small pumpkin" (zucchini) contains vitamin B1, which is good for your concentration.

In learning times, you should only feed on our low -histamine zucchini soup. :-)

Ingredients: 4 portions

Preparation:

Clean the color of the bulb, carrots and zucchini and cut them into small pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Put everything in a saucepan and sweat a little in oil. Add the vegetable broth and bring to the boil. Then let the soup simmer until the vegetables are cooked. Puree the soup and season with thyme and bean herb. Finally, carefully stir in the cream cheese and serve the soup hot.
