Dessert pizza

A fruity dessert pizza with pancake floor.

 

Ingredients for the Pancake floor:

  • 120 g spelled flour
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 heaped TL wine stone back powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml milk

 

For the covering:

  • 70 g TK blueberries
  • 1/2 Tafel Histaminikus Schokolotta Bianco
  • 1 handful of fresh blueberries

 

 

Preparation:

  1. For the pancake, mix all dry ingredients for the time being, then stir in the egg and milk.
  2. Put the dough in a large pan and bake the pancake on a medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
  3. In the meantime, the frozen blueberries can be heated and pureed. They can also be thawed in advance so that they only have to be pureed.
  4. Shoot the chocolotta Bianco Tafel with a rasp.
  5. Now do everything by being coated with the pureed blueberries and the chocolate and fresh blueberries are distributed on it.
