Gnocchi differently: we have a sweet variant here.
For 2 portions you need:
Ingredients for the gnocchi:
- 200 g potato gnocchi
- 3 TL cinnamon
- 2 TL coconut oil
- 4 TL maple syrup
Ingredients for the vanilla sauce:
- 20 g vanilla pudding powder (with real vanilla)
- 400 ml milk or milk alternative
- 30 g of sugar
As topping:
- 40 g Histaminikus Nuts & Fruits
- a hand full of blueberries
Preparation:
- Mix the gnocchis with the cinnamon, oil and maple syrup in a bowl.
- Bake the gnocchis for 10-15 minutes in the hot air fryer golden brown. Alternatively, fry crispy in a pan.
- In the meantime, the vanilla sauce can be prepared. For this purpose, stir the vanilla pudding powder with the sugar and some milk. Boil the remaining milk. As soon as the milk boils, the pudding powder touched can be added. Bring to the boil while stirring for about a minute, then remove from the stove.
- Shoot the Nuts & Fruits mix.
- Now everything can be done and topped with a few fresh blueberries.
