Ingredients (for 2-3 portions):
- 250 g of corn spiral noodles eliche organic
- 2 pieces of red peppers
- 1 onion (depending on the tolerance)
- 150 g feta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 30 g paranese
- 50 ml of cooking cream
- St. parsley, oregano and basil
- Salt
Preparation:
- Roughly cut the peppers and onion. Coarse pieces are sufficient here because the sauce is then pureed.
- Then put the feta in a baking dish and add chopped peppers and onions, as well as olive oil, salt and herbs. If you have fresh herbs, it is best to add them to puree later. Dried herbs can be added at this point.
- Put the baking dish in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees until the vegetables are soft and slightly roasted.
- After about 15 minutes, you can add the paranese into the baking dish and also with baking.
- At the same time, the water for the pasta can already be heated and the pasta boiled.
- After time, the baking dish can be removed from the oven and the content can be filled directly into a mixer. Now add the cream and optionally fresh herbs and puree everything into a fine sauce.
- Arrange and enjoy the pasta with the sauce.
