Betty Bratling mit Süßkartoffelpüree und Pastinaken

Betty Bratling with a sweet potato puree and parsnip

Here we have a delicious, vegan recipe for you with our Betty Bratling.

Ingredients:

  • Histaminikus Betty Bratling
  • 50 g carrot
  • 850 g of sweet potatoes
  • 300 ml of almond or oat drink (depending on the tolerance)
  • 25 g margarine
  • 2 TL salt
  • Pastinaken (quantity of your choice)
  • Pumpkin seeds as topping
  • Olive oil for roasting
  • Water

Preparation:

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into rough pieces. Put together with plant drink, butter and salt in the Thermomix. Cook at 100 ° C for 25 minutes at level 1. (In the case of the variant without a Thermomix, first cook the potatoes in the water and then puree with the ingredients.)
  2. Peel and grate the carrot. Add the Betty Bratling mix and 225 ml of water. Mix the whole thing and knead vigorously for 2 minutes. Then let it steep for 10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, peel the pastinals and cut them into pens.
  4. Stir in the bratling mass again well and form 10 balls from them.
  5. Slightly roast a handful of pumpkin seeds in a medium -sized pan.
  6. Take the seeds out of the pan, add a little oil and fry the paramedic pencils. After a few minutes, deglaze with water and simmer until they are soft.
  7. In the meantime, put a second, large pan, add some oil and fry the bratling balls in it from both sides.
  8. In the end, put the puree and balls on a plate, arrange the parsnips and top with the pumpkin seeds.

Bon appetit!
