- 1 cup of millet
- Vegetable broth
- Vegetables of your choice: brocoli, cauliflower, carrots, paprika
- 250 g of lean curd

Preparation:
- Cook millet in vegetable broth according to the package instructions.
- Clean the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Fry vegetables in a little butter.
- Fill the vegetables with vegetable broth and cook for 10 minutes bite -proof.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Add the cheeky millet and fry until it is golden brown. If necessary, pour oil in between.
