Millet with vegetables

This low -histamine food is quickly prepared and is also healthy. Millet provides you with valuable minerals and trace elements and ensures beautiful skin. 

Ingredients: 4 portions

  • 1 cup of millet 
  • Vegetable broth
  • Vegetables of your choice: brocoli, cauliflower, carrots, paprika
  • 250 g of lean curd
  • 1 BUND PEATERILIE
  • cream
  • 1 teaspoon potato flour
  • Histaminikus V5 universal twice

Preparation:

  1. Cook millet in vegetable broth according to the package instructions.
  2. Clean the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Fry vegetables in a little butter.
  3. Fill the vegetables with vegetable broth and cook for 10 minutes bite -proof.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the cheeky millet and fry until it is golden brown. If necessary, pour oil in between.
  5. Dissolve the potato flour in a little cold water and slowly add to the vegetable mixture with stirring until the desired thickness is reached. 
  6. Hack the parsley and mix with the curd. Season the curd with the universal wort. Add some cream so that the consistency becomes creamier.
  7. Serve the millet with the vegetables and herb curd.
