Pancakes with vegetable filling

My absolute favorite food. Fine histamine arms and gluten -free pancakes meet spicy vegetables. The water in my mouth is already running together.

Ingredients: 4 portions

Preparation:

  1. Mix the pancake dough according to the package instructions. 
  2. Clean the vegetables and cut them into small pieces and fry them in a little butter. Season the vegetables with the universal wort and salt. Add some cream. 
  3. Add a little water and let it braise until it is. It shouldn't be too much water because we want to fill the pancakes with it. 
  4. Heat the oil in a pan. Gradually bake the pancakes and keep it warm in the oven at 50 ° C.
  5. Hack the parsley and give it through the vegetable mixture. 
  6. Fill the pancakes with the vegetable mixture and enjoy.
