Potato gratin with broccoli

This casserole is super easy and prepared. Perfect if you have less time and still want to eat delicious, healthy and histamine arm.

 

Ingredients:

600 g potatoes

200 g broccoli

100 g coconut milk

300 g cold water

grated (vegan) cheese

Optional: 2 tablespoons of ground almonds as topping

 

 

Preparation:

 

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. The broccoli as well.
  2. Stir in 300 ml of cold water and bring to the boil together with 100 ml of coconut milk in a saucepan.
  3. Add pieces of the potato and simmer over a low heat for 3 minutes. Stir again and again.
  4. Put together with the broccoli in a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with (vegan) cheese and almonds (if desired).
  6. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 35 minutes.
