Potato gratin with broccoli
This casserole is super easy and prepared. Perfect if you have less time and still want to eat delicious, healthy and histamine arm.
Ingredients:
600 g potatoes
200 g broccoli
100 g coconut milk
300 g cold water
grated (vegan) cheese
Optional: 2 tablespoons of ground almonds as topping
Preparation:
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. The broccoli as well.
- Stir in 300 ml of cold water and bring to the boil together with 100 ml of coconut milk in a saucepan.
- Add pieces of the potato and simmer over a low heat for 3 minutes. Stir again and again.
- Put together with the broccoli in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle with (vegan) cheese and almonds (if desired).
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 35 minutes.
