Delicious röstis based on Swiss model. That can only taste good. The low -histamine food is prepared with little effort and really fills you up.
Ingredients: 4 portions
- 1kg potatoes
- 1 white onion
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- cream
- Salt
- Histaminicus lettuce herbs
- Histaminikus V5 universal twice
Preparation:
- Cook the potatoes in plenty of salt water for 10 minutes. Then drain and peel.
- Grate the potatoes on a grater.
- Little the onion and lift under the potato mixture.
- Now shape small or larger thalers from the potato mass and fry them in a little oil on a medium level.
