Röstis with cottage cheese

Delicious röstis based on Swiss model. That can only taste good. The low -histamine food is prepared with little effort and really fills you up.

Ingredients: 4 portions

Preparation:

  1. Cook the potatoes in plenty of salt water for 10 minutes. Then drain and peel.
  2. Grate the potatoes on a grater.
  3. Little the onion and lift under the potato mixture.
  4. Now shape small or larger thalers from the potato mass and fry them in a little oil on a medium level. 
  5. If one side is golden brown, then turn and fry until this page is also golden brown.
  6. In the meantime, peel the cucumber and plan it into slices. Mix with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Then express the cucumbers and pour the excess water. Season with lettuce herbs and universal worts and add some cream. 

Serve the röstis with cucumber salad and cottage cheese.
