- 200 g of spelled flour
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg or 2 quail eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 pinch of salt

- 200 ml cream
- 200 g grated young gouda
- Brocoli
- 3 carrots
- Paprika, red and yellow

Preparation:
- Knead a dough from flour, butter, egg, milk and salt. Form the dough into a ball and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
