This delicious vegetable quiche is an absolute histamine highlight. The best thing about it is that you can use vegetable residues with great use and conjure up a great dish on the table. 

Ingredients: 4 portions

  • 200 g of spelled flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 egg or 2 quail eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs or according to quail eggs
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 g grated young gouda
  • Brocoli
  • 3 carrots
  • Paprika, red and yellow
  • Histaminikus V5 universal twice

Preparation:

  1. Knead a dough from flour, butter, egg, milk and salt. Form the dough into a ball and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the brocoli into florets, peel the carrots and cut them into cubes, finely dice the peppers.
  3. Steam the brocoli and carrots in a little salt water for 8 minutes. Add the peppers after about 4 minutes. Then completely drain the water.
  4. Line a 28 cm greased shape with the dough so that a 4 cm border is created.
  5. Pour in the vegetable mixture.
  6. Mix the eggs with the cream and cheese and season with the universal luxury. Pour the cream mixture over the vegetables.
  7. Bake the quiche in the oven at 200 ° C for 30 - 35 minutes.
