- 1 small onion
- 1/2 paprika
- 70 g cream cheese
- 4 TL Histaminikus Paprikamark
- 1 handful of basil
- Salt
Preparation:
1. Cut the zucchini into slices about 1 cm thick. Mix with the olive oil and some salt.
2. Fry the zucchini slices on both sides in a pan.
3. In the meantime, the covering can be prepared. To do this, crush all the ingredients in a blender or cut them into small hands and mix and mix by hand.
4. Brush the zucchini slices with the paprika mass and decorate with feta and fresh basil.
