Exotic sweet potato stew

Recipe idea with the vegetable paste Exotic for 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 800 g sweet potato (n)
  • 100 g white onion (n)
  • 40 g ginger, fresh (Test tolerance!)
  • 1 glass of no! Mato paprika sauce
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 400 ml of water
  • 4 tablespoons of vegetable paste exotic
  • some rock salt
  • 40 g paranese, roasted
  • 8 stems coriander green
  • 2 stems mint

Preparation:

✨ Peel, wash and cut the sweet potatoes. Peel on the onions and cut them into the crevices and slices. Peel and grate the ginger.

✨ Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and fry the onion columns in it until golden brown. Add ginger, no! Mato sauce, vegetable paste exotic and 400 ml of water and bring everything to the boil. Add sweet potatoes and salt. Let it cook open for about 15 minutes over medium heat and season with salt.

✨ Roughly chop paran nuts. Wash the coriander and mint, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and cut them roughly.

✨ Serve the stew with the nuts and sprinkled herbs.
