Oven potatoes with herb salad

Recipe idea with the potato wort for 2 people

Ingredients:

  • 2-4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of Histaminikus potato spice
  • 1 handful of radishes
  • 1/2 bundle of fresh parsley
  • 200 g of lean curd
  • Rock salt

For the coleslaw:

  • 200 g of pointed cabbage or white cabbage
  • 200 g carrots
  • 1/2 apple
  • 3 tablespoons of verjus or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

✨ Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat. Wash the potatoes well, dry them and place them on a baking sheet. Pierce with a fork from all sides a few times. Bake in the oven for about 60 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.

✨ In the meantime, wash and clean the cabbage for the herb salad and cut or plan it into very fine strips. Peel the carrots, core the apple and grate both roughly. Mix the cabbage, carrots and apple in a bowl.

✨ Mix for the dressing verjus, rapeseed oil, sugar and salt and add over the herb salad. Let everything steep in the fridge until the potatoes are ready.

✨ Clean the radishes for the dip and dice finely. Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Lift the radish and parsley under the curd and season with salt.

✨ Let the finished potatoes cool down and then cut open in the middle. Add the potato spice and loosen the inside of the potatoes with a fork.
