Mulled wine
Recipe idea with the mulled wine spice
Ingredients:
- 180 g butter
- 110 g coconut blossom sugar (alternatively brown sugar)
- 3 eggs (or per chicken egg 6-8 quail eggs)
- 200 g spelled flour
- 80 g ground paranese
- 2 TL wine stone baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 TL cinnamon
- 5 TL mulled wine spice
- 100 ml apple juice
- some powdered sugar to sprinkle
Preparation:
✨ First preheat the oven to 175 degrees upper/ bottom heat.
✨ Now beat the butter with the sugar until frothy. Then stir in the eggs little by little.
✨ In a separate bowl, mix the ground paranese with the spelled flour, the baking powder and the spices. Now alternately add the apple juice and the flour mixture to the egg mass. Process to a smooth dough.
✨ Put the dough in a cake mold and bake for about 45 minutes. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar after baking and cooling.
