Blueberry-smoothiebowl
Recipe idea with the Knusper Power muesli for 2 people
Ingredients:
- 150g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 150g yoghurt or coconut yogurt
- 100ml (vegetable) milk
- 1 TL maple syrup
- 3-4 tablespoons of oatmeal
- 1 pinch of ground vanilla (optional)
For topping:
- 2-3 tablespoons of Histaminikus Knusper Power Muesli
- Fresh berries or fruit of choice
- Fresh mango, rolled
- Coconut flakes
Preparation:
✨ Wash or thaw the blueberries. Then puree the oatmeal, maple syrup, vanilla as well as the milk in the mixer or with a blender.
✨ Mix in the yogurt and iarrive n bowls. Garnish with the Knupser Power Muesli and other toppings.
