Our delicious Histafix for Goulash
for 2-3 people
Ingredients:
- 500 g beef goulash (better shovel bow, flat beef shoulder)
- 1 PCK. Histafix for goulash
- 100 g of pointed pepper
- 50 g celery
- 100 g carrot
- 1 sweet white onion
- 1 tablespoon of paprikamark
- 1 l water (possibly 200ml red wine, histamine arm and 800 ml of water)
Preparation:
✨ Fry the meat (if necessary in portions) in a little oil and roast well. Take meat out of the pan.
✨ Also easily roast the onions and chopped vegetables in a little oil. Put the meat back into the pan to the vegetables. Sprinkle histafix over it and stir well.
✨ Add the paprikamark and roast briefly. Deglaze with 600 ml of water. Simmer for 2 hours and pour water in between until the desired sauce consistency is reached.
