Mindfulness when drinking tea - pausing in everyday life

Convert your tea soda into an carelessness ritual! With our rose flower tea you deliberately enjoy a time for you. Here are a few ideas on how you can design your personal mindfulness moment:
  • Put together everything you need for the preparation: tea bag or tea string, hot water, your favorite cup and of course our rose flower tea. If you want, you can also treat yourself to something sweet or a little snack.
  • Consciously take time for you. Put your cell phone in a different room or switch it off. Then create a pleasant atmosphere, for example by yielding a candle and lets relaxing music run in the background.
  • As soon as you have poured your tea freshly, look at it in peace. What color shades can be found in your cup? How does he smell? Drink little sip and find out how it tastes. Pay attention to the different flavors and flavors.
