Apero sticks

Recipe idea with the paprikapesto

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of crispers Franz
  • 400 ml of water
  • ½ cube fresh yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar or rice syrup/date syrup
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of verjus
  • 1 glass of paprika pesto
  • 100 g grated Mozzarella

To garnish:

  • 40 g paranese or pumpkin seeds

Preparation:

✨ Preheat the oven to 225 ° C top/bottom heat. Fill a ovenproof bowl with water and place on the oven floor. Dissolve the yeast with sugar in 350 ml of lukewarm water. Add the baking mix to yeast water with oil and verjus. Knead everything for about 4 minutes with a food processor or the hand mixer.

✨ Let the dough go in a warm place with a tea towel. Pluck the Mozzarella small during this time. Now knead the dough again well again on a floured work surface and roll out into a rectangle. Spread the pesto on the dough and sprinkle Mozzarella over the pesto. Cut out of the rectangle dough strands (depending on the desired width, e.g. 2 cm) and twist 3-4 times.

✨ Then place the dough strands on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with finely chopped paraners or pumpkin seeds as you wish. Put the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes. Then let cool on a grid.
