Blueberry-smoothiebowl

Recipe idea with the Knusper Power muesli for 2 people

Ingredients:

  • 150g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 150g yoghurt or coconut yogurt
  • 100ml (vegetable) milk
  • 1 TL maple syrup
  • 3-4 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 1 pinch of ground vanilla (optional)

For topping:

  • 2-3 tablespoons of Histaminikus Knusper Power Muesli
  • Fresh berries or fruit of choice
  • Fresh mango, rolled
  • Coconut flakes

Preparation:
✨ Wash or thaw the blueberries. Then puree the oatmeal, maple syrup, vanilla as well as the milk in the mixer or with a blender.

✨ Mix in the yogurt and iarrive n bowls. Garnish with the Knupser Power Muesli and other toppings.
