Salmon fillet with Garam Masala & Yoghurt

Recipe with our Garam Masala for 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 25 g Garam Masala
  • 800 g salmon fillet
  • 4 white onions
  • 2 tablespoons of raisins
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable broth
  • 200 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 100 g yogurt or sour cream
  • 200 ml cream
  • some rock salt

Preparation:

✨ Salt salmon fillets and briefly fry on both sides in olive oil. Place in a baking dish. Dice the onions and sweat with the Masala spice, some oil and raisins.

✨ Add the broccoli, water, the vegetable broth and the cream, bring to the boil briefly, season to taste and then pour over the salmon. Spread the yogurt/sour cream on the salmon. Bake at 180 degrees in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Rice tastes great.
