The likelihood that you suffer from histamine intolerance is rather low. If you suffer from non -specific symptoms, then you should
to examine further food intolerances and allergies to an allergist. You should also have intestinal diseases clarified by a gastroenterologist. To completely rule out histamine intolerance, you can eat strictly histamine for 7 days.
If your symptoms become better or even disappear, then histamine also plays a role in your symptoms. Here a non -histamine diet would be recommended here.
