Pour 2 g tea (1 tablespoon, slightly heaped) with 200 ml of boiling water and let it steep for 10 minutes.

Drink 1-2 cups a day 5-7 days before and during the period. Do not drink during pregnancy.

The tea line is filled in our in -house manufactory in Saarland, Germany, and gently packed.
