Histidin-rich foods are meat, fish, dairy products and some legumes. 2. Tyrosine
Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid that is converted into dopamine and noradrenaline in the body, i.e. important neurotransmitters. With histamine intolerance, it could therefore be advisable to avoid high doses of dietary supplements containing tyrosine.
