I was 11 or 12 when the intolerances started. From one day to the next I was no longer allowed to eat gluten, later lactose, milk protein and fructose were added. I always left out my whole youth over something, had a stomach ache, a bad digestion and somehow was always a bit sick.
In an exciting way, I always got the intolerances with a naturopathic doctor under control so well that I was able to eat and tolerate everything for a few years. But then they came back, the intolerances and the whole thing started all over again. That went reasonably well until the in mid -20 histamine intolerance ...
The histamine intolerance was different from the intolerances before: it did not hit me on the stomach & intestine, but very blatantly on my nervous system - constant dizziness, panic attacks and migraine attacks were the consequences. And I felt worse and worse. In the middle of this chaos I realized one thing: I would not be able to treat this intolerance like all the others ... because I could no longer tolerate dietary supplements, could hardly eat anything anyway and every cure was too much for my body. So I only had my view inwards - and that was my rescue.

Today, almost 10 years later, I can eat everything again, I have no intolerance anymore and all symptoms have disappeared.
The hit can no longer be proven.
But how did I do it? With a lot of trying out, making mistakes, keeping on and never giving up.
Was it exhausting? In any case.
Was that worth that? 1000%! ... Because today I can show you my way that helped me personally. For myself, I was able to find out that I was not enough to only work on my health at a physical level.
Together with Jacqueline, I filtered out the four steps that helped me personally. We have now developed our very own method to work with physical complaints and symptoms. It is based on what I did intuitively at the time (five long years) and on our respective training, backgrounds and experiences.
We have already successfully tested our method with over 1,100 affected people. The basis of our work is to understand that diseases arise on an emotional and mental level. The fact that the body gets sick is a consequence of it - and to be truly healthy, we can work primarily at a mental and emotional level.
The four steps we filtered out:
1st step: The connection with the result
It is extremely important that we connect to what we want. Thanks to our emotions and the feeling deep in our body, we can already bring the "distant future" into our today's consciousness. It is important that we always include all 3 levels (mentally, emotionally and physically). I did this every day for several months and I was deeply immersed in my imagination. This really killed an inner switch and I knew deep inside me that I would get well again whenever that will be. In our courses, we always start with an “activation” today and support you in really connecting you to this future - not just mentally, but above all emotionally and physically.
2nd step: Recognize & solve patterns
In the meantime we know that there are 7 inner mental & emotional patterns that can be responsible for the development of a hit. It is important here: you do not imagine your hit and there is nothing that only arose in your psyche. Rather, in our childhood we experience things that have brought us more, sometimes less strong emotions. If we were not allowed to end these emotions (for whatever reason), they are stuck. Emotions are nothing more than energy that has solidified in our body. So if we work with these stuck energies, i.e. emotions, if we do not work on an emotional level (and as a result of this at a mental level), the body cannot get well. We are multi -dimensional beings and consist of these 3 levels: the mental, the emotional, the physical. That is why it is important to always include all levels ..
One of the patterns of hit is: intolerance
Intolerance is a pattern that is reflected in our relationship with food. How do you face food? Are there any rules for everything or are you completely free? Do you know what is good and right for your body or do you still rely on nutritional rules that someone else has made for you? I actually had a lot of rules for food early on. Eating was never free, but always with "I shouldn't actually" or "I have to eat". Even "that has too many calories" or "I will never become slim" that have been slim "that have determined my relationship to eat. The result was: at some point my body relieved me and helped me with the intolerances to have legitimation for the lists in my head. Now I could finally say: no, sorry, unfortunately I can't eat that. Is on my ban on the ban. But intolerance usually goes far beyond the food ... How we judge the behavior of other people, what we think is right and what reasons we give ourselves for our attitude.
3rd step: Change the inner environment
Our mindset, our inner environment, changes automatically on the one hand when we change the emotional level. Because the basis of our thoughts, assessments, reviews and world ideas are the emotions and how we have experienced and evaluated certain situations. If this falls away, we have completely new opportunities to define our values and thoughts. To do this, it makes sense to continuously connect to the new thoughts, e.g. by listening to the training or hearing certain podcasts or webinars and can stretch and change your mindset.
4. Step: Letting go and giving up control
Step four is the last in the series, but actually the most important. Because change is uncomfortable and insecure for our minds, so he doesn't want to allow that. We can learn to let go of the fear of the unknown person and to indulge in the process. This requires trust and the decision to hand over control. This is also much less an active, mental act than an inner work that goes into fear - instead of cheating around with affirmations or positive beliefs.
