Ingredients:
- 250 g of lean curd
- 250 g spelled flour
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Sugar
- 1 packet Wine stone baking powder
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top and bottom heat).
- Mix the curd cheese, egg, 1 pinch of sugar and 1 painted TL salt. Mix the baking powder into the flour and stir all the ingredients into a dough.
