Curd roll

Sweet small quark rolls that are finished in no time and taste super tasty with sweet spreads. Children in particular like to love these rolls. 

Ingredients: 

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top and bottom heat). 
  2. Mix the curd cheese, egg, 1 pinch of sugar and 1 painted TL salt. Mix the baking powder into the flour and stir all the ingredients into a dough. 
  3. Roll out the dough on baking paper into a square (24 cm x 24 cm).
  4. Cut 16 rolls with a dough card. The rolls are still coherent than a dough. 
  5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Let the rolls cool on a grille.
