This bread is particularly suitable for the bread maker. Mediterranean herbs give this bread something special. And it comes from without yeast.
Ingredients:
- 150 g histamine Rice flour
- 50 g Histaminikus Teffmehl
- 50 g of auinf
- 1 TL sea salt
- 1 TL Psyllium husks
- 1 packet Wine stone baking powder
- 5 paraners
- olive oil
- Mediterranean herbs: rosemary, oregano
Preparation:
- Roughly chop the paranese. Now mix all the ingredients apart from the wine stone back powder and the olive oil.
- Add 230 ml of water and stir into a smooth dough. Let the dough go for an hour.
- Then mix 70 ml of water with 30 ml olive oil and the wine stone back powder and add to the dough. Knead vigorously.
- Bake the bread for 1 hour in bread makers.
