Mediterranean bread

This bread is particularly suitable for the bread maker. Mediterranean herbs give this bread something special. And it comes from without yeast. 

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Roughly chop the paranese. Now mix all the ingredients apart from the wine stone back powder and the olive oil.
  2. Add 230 ml of water and stir into a smooth dough. Let the dough go for an hour. 
  3. Then mix 70 ml of water with 30 ml olive oil and the wine stone back powder and add to the dough. Knead vigorously.
  4. Bake the bread for 1 hour in bread makers.
