Dry brushes to Kneipp

Providing blood circulation, detoxifying, hardening, blood pressure -regulating, circulatory stimulating, stimulating the skin metabolism, invigorating - the dry fruits to Kneipp works due to the mechanical stimulus, i.e. through friction on the skin.

The best time for this is the early morning, right after getting up. Please ventilate the room well beforehand or carry out the brush at the open window.

The entire body is brushed with light pressure for about 5 minutes, on legs and arms in the longitudinal direction, and circular on the body.  Some also recommend brushing the entire body in circular movements. Substitions are also possible!        You use a brush, preferably with natural bristles that is not too hard, but also not too soft.

Implementation:

  • We start on the right foot (heart removes) and massage with circular movements from the sole of the foot to the lower leg to the thigh, several times. Also treat the inside of the leg. The left leg is brushed in the same way. Then both halves of buttocks are massaged, first right, then left.
  • With the arms you start right again, from the hand inner area towards the shoulder and back on the outside of the arm. On the left side of the arm as well.
  • Then follow the chest area, stomach, neck, back (as far as can be reached) and the face. Adjust the pressure or intensity of the frame to the corresponding area (chest, neck, face - gently treat).

The skin should be slightly red, warm and well supplied with blood after the drying up. After treatment with natural creams or an oil is possible or rubbing the body with cold water and then ensuring good reheating.

Do not apply in the event of inflammatory skin diseases and skin injuries! Caution in venous diseases!  Surve the corresponding places.
