Here I just tried something new with potatoes. Each of the potatoes likes rather crispy, gets their money's worth here. The court is still rounding the gyros. (The photo was kindly made available to us by our customer Kristin Schmidt.)
Ingredients: 3 Portions
- 6 medium -sized stuck potatoes
- 300 g chicken breast fillet or turkey schnitzel
- Gyros spice (if tolerated) or salt, turmeric, paprika noble and pepper (if tolerated)
- 1 spring onions
- 1 red pepper
- 1 large carrot
- 50 ml verjus (a little fruity - not too acidic)
- 200 ml cream
- Histamine Mediterranean herbal salt
- Greek yogurt or curd cheese
- Histamine V5 universal spice
- 1/4 BUND Petersilie
Preparation:

Cut the potatoes across, with Mediterranean herbal salt Season and brush vigorously with melted butter.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and bake the potatoes for 35 minutes.

Cut the chicken into strips and season with compatible gyros spice or simply with salt, peppers noble -sweet and turmeric.

Cut 1 red peppers and 1 carrot small.

Cut 1 spring onions into rings.

First fry the chicken rapid and then add the vegetables and sweat with a few minutes.

Deglaze with Verjus and add the cream. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes. Season again.

Greek yogurt with V5 universal spice, Season salt and parsley and submit to the court.
