filled pumpkin

Hack meat is always very popular in my family. But since I didn't always want to eat the same, I was happy about this histamine recipe. It was the absolute highlight and also inspires Guests.

Ingredients: 2-3 Portions

  • 1 Hokkaidoürbis 1.5 kg
  • 250g minced meat
  • 1 white onion (with the white shell)
  • possibly 1 clove of garlic (if tolerable)
  • 50 ml cream
  • 3 tablespoons of creme fraiche
  • thyme
  • rosemary
  • Histaminikus herbal salt Mediterran
  • 100 g young Gouda grated

Preparation:

  1. Cut off the lid from the pumpkin
  2. Remove the seeds and spoon out the pulp. Leave 1cm edge.
  3. Rub the pumpkin inside with salt.
  4. Cook the pumpkin and the lid in the oven at 175 ° C for 15 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, chop the onion and fry with the minced meat.
  6. Add cream. Season Mediterrana with the herbal salt. Refine with thyme and rosemary. Finally stir in the creme fraiche. Season again.
  7. Alternately layer meat and Gouda in the pumpkin. 
  8. Remove the stalk from the lid.
  9. Bake the pumpkin with a lid in the oven for another 25-30 minutes.
