Preparation time: 5 minutes

Baking time: 60 minutes

  • Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top and bottom heat (no circulating air!). Fill a ovenproof bowl with water and place on the oven floor.
  • In the meantime, dissolve 25g fresh yeast in 500 ml of water in a bowl.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of table vinegar/Verjus*. *Should you from others
