A quick recipe for your snack:
Dry ingredients:
- 20 g peeled hemp seeds
- 20 g of hemp flour or hemp protein powder
- 10 g rosehip powder
- ½ TL Histaminikus herbal salt Mediterranean
- ½ TL Histaminikus Italian herbs
Moiste ingredients:
- 10 g of hemp oil
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 60 ml of water
Preparation:
Mix the dry ingredients together first. Then add oil, vinegar and water and stir everything.
Use water more or less depending on the desired consistency.
