Heidelbeer-Johannisbeer-Marmelade

Blueberry-Johannisbeer jam

A tolerable berry jam - quickly and easily prepared.

 

Ingredients (for a glass)

  • 1 TL Histaminikus psyllium husk
  • 100g blueberries
  • 100g currants
  • 4 dates
  • Optional: a little honey or more dates

 

preparation

  1. Put the psyllium husks, berries and chopped dates in a saucepan and heat.
  2. Bring everything to the boil while stirring and simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Now puree the spacious mass finely and season with honey depending on the desired sweetness.
  4. Fill in a glass and let it cool well.
