A delicious porridge is quickly prepared, fills it for a long time and is also healthy. This histamine-poor power breakfast is very versatile and you are welcome to replace the ingredients with those you like. 

Ingredients: 1 portion 

  • 50 g of fine oatmeal 
  • Roosins or dates
  • dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut flakes
  • 1 TL Chia seeds
  • Agave juice syrup
  • 200 ml of coconut milk / rice milk / milk

Preparation:

Bring 200 ml of milk to a boil. Add the oatmeal and let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Always stir the porridge. Add the remaining ingredients to taste and serve the porridge lukewarm.
