Avoid poisons in everyday life

More and more people fall ill, often at a young age, and run from doctor to doctor to seek help. Harmful environmental factors from water, air, food, in the earth, in the living rooms, in cleaning agents, cosmetics and in medication increases more and more and strain our health to an ever increasing level. Fast food, alcohol, smoking, and other addictive substances do the rest. If we also suffer from a detoxification disorder, sooner or later the toxic overloads can make us sick. A low poison concentration is sufficient for sensitive people, others accumulate a lot for years before diseases become noticeable, but at some point the poison barrel runs over and we get sick.
Those who suffer from histamine intolerance often react particularly strongly to poisons because they can increase the body's histamine release. Many affected people also suffer from a detoxification disorder and from a disturbed intestinal function. Accumulated poisons, especially heavy metals, weaknesses the metabolism, liver, bile, kidneys and the intestine. Poisons such as the light metal aluminum can even settle in the brain and lead to neurological symptoms.
If you have a histamine problem, you should therefore pay particular attention to supporting the detoxification organs and making a intestinal treatment every year.
What can we do to avoid as many poisons as possible?
We first have to recognize them and know what we should pay attention to. At least it is possible to protect us from some pollutants or to reduce them significantly. Here I would like to draw your attention to avoidable poisons in everyday life, so that you do not have to take them in at all and actively do what to stay healthy or become. First of all, I want to draw your attention to 2 additives that are now added to numerous foods and which one should avoid:
- Citronic acid or E330:
Addition in fruit juices, iced teas, canned goods, jams, fruit gums, ice cream, etc. and unfortunately also in many organic food. List of ingredients therefore always read! The citric acid has nothing to do with the natural lemon! It is manufactured industrially and now added to numerous foods. Unfortunately, it not only acts as a preservative, but also as complex images for heavy and light metals. Since the citronic acid can overcome the blood-brain barrier, it is able to guide bound metals such as aluminum to the brain-with foreseeable health consequences! - Glucose and fructose syrup:
There are several studies that deal with the effects of glucose syrup on health. One Study by James Ruff and Wayne Potts from the University of Utah (USA) From 2015 shows that glucose syrup is even more harmful to health than sugar. Another study by 2017, published in the journal “Nutrients”, comes to the conclusion that the regular consumption of glucose syrup can increase the risk of obesity, high blood sugar, poor dental health, high blood pressure and heart disease. In the meantime, it is well known that increased sugar consumption of our health harms enormously. But if you think that glucose syrup is an alternative, you are huge!
You should avoid this poison as far as possible:
- Food from conventional cultivation (Pesticide, including glyphosate). Bioarticles are often not more expensive than conventional. Looking for local organic farm or demeter farmers who offer a sale from the farm. Otherwise, pay attention to bioarticles in the food retail trade!
- Contaminated food By interrupting the cooling chain, unclean workmanship, fuel (most common pathogens: Salmonella, Campylobacter, Listeria) mostly in packaged foods such as finished salad mixtures, ready meals, but also in cheese and sausage products possible
- Artificial flavors, flavor enhancers, dyes, glutamate (not to be confused with L-glutamine!), Preservatives, sweeteners, Thickener B. Carageen = E407 lead to damage to the intestinal wall (study by Hilgers & Hoffmann)
- Eggs, meat, fish from factory farming (Frequent antibiotics, hormone gifts and other chemicals)
- Vegan/vegetarian finished products usually contain many additives and often have a high salt content
- Sea fish & seafood, algae: are contaminated with mercury, PCB, microplasty
- Possible parasite infestation especially in Sushi, raw fish, raw meat
- Medicines and nutritional supplements with additives such as titanium dioxide, color and preservatives, etc. (avoid, if not vital! Discuss alternatives with the doctor)
- Mold: Never cut or skim down in the mold, but dispose of infected foods!
- Acrylamide In fries, chips, donuts and others
- Coated pans and pots (Break down on cast iron pans, stainless steel or ceramic pans)
- Aluminum foil: Acid in food loosens highly toxic aluminum from the film and are eaten!
- Aluminum drinking bottles For sports, hiking, bike, etc. (alternatively stainless steel bottles or glass bottles)
- Plasticizer (microplasty), e.g. in plastic bottles, plastic storage boxes, cling films, sea fishing and shellfish
- Harmful substances in cosmetics and cleaning agents
- Poisons in living rooms, e.g. vapors from furniture, carpets, mattresses, colors; At least pay attention to ecological bolts! Mold pollution in damp cold apartments draw considerable health disorders and should be renovated.
- Heavy metals: (Lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic, etc.) According to the Consumer Center in July 2023, heavy metal loads were found among other things: increased cadmium, lead and mercury contents in seafish, crust and shellfish, but also in numerous food supplements. Some Ayurvedic dietary supplements were particularly noticed. High cadmium contents can e.g. B. in cocoa, flax seeds, sunflower and pine nuts and dry mushrooms. High arsenic contents, cadmium, pesticides and mineral oil residues have currently been found in numerous rice varieties by Ökotest. If you eat a lot of rice, you should definitely take a look at which varieties can still be consumed safely. In general, at least pay attention to analysis certificates and have tested organic quality! High heavy metal loads are often soil for chronic infections, parasites and other diseases.
- Dentistry: Amalgam fillings should be removed professionally and under strict protective measures! Dead teeth, root -treated teeth and Nicos (chron. Inflammation in the jaw mostly after dental removal) but daily toxins and thus load the entire organism. These poisons trigger chronic inflammation, parasites, etc.
The sum of all these poisons harms our health and we do well to burden our body as little as possible. Avoiding poisons is step 1 of detoxification!
Detoxification is of little use if we do not change our lifestyle and continue to fill up our body with poisons.
Unfortunately, one has to say that poison avoidance and detoxification is a lifelong task!
My own many years of experience have shown me that professional detoxification can significantly improve health. However, I would like to point out that there can be negative reactions and crises that should be collected by an experienced therapist!
